A) In order to help as many customers as possible, we’re unable to make any changes or modifications to arrangements from what is shown on our website listings.

Q) Can I order something that is not in the Valentine section?

A) To serve as many customers as possible, orders being placed for both in-store pickups and/or delivery from Jan 24 - Feb 16 are limited to what you see active and available in the Valentine’s Day section of the website. We have beautiful arrangements listed for any occasion.

Q) Can you make me something special and custom that I don't see online?

A) We created our Valentine Collection with the intention of offering as wide a selection as possible to as many customers as possible during this time of incredibly high demand. If you don’t see an arrangement that you absolutely love, we have designer’s choice options for any price point. We encourage you to select one of these listings if you would like something custom and unique made to order.
