We offer FREE same-day local delivery for orders placed by 2PM EST Mon–Fri and by 12PM EST Sat-Sun. Although our storefront is closed on Sundays, we still conduct deliveries — with a firm cut-off of 1PM.

Please ensure both the sender and recipient phone numbers are valid so our team can reach out if questions or issues arise during delivery.

— Delivery Timing

- Preferred delivery times are not guaranteed, be we always do our best to accommodate requests.
- Business deliveries are scheduled to arrive by 5PM unless otherwise noted.
- Grade school deliveries are scheduled to arrive by 3PM unless otherwise noted.
- College & university deliveries are accepted but not preferred due to access limitations. When possible, we recommend an alternate delivery address.

— Funeral Deliveries

We take special care to ensure funeral service deliveries are completed with thoughtful handling and punctuality.

- For funeral homes, deliveries are made at least 2 hours prior to the service start time.
- For church services, deliveries are made at least 1 hour prior to service start time.

To ensure accuracy, we require full service details at the time or order, including the deceased's full name, service location, and service time.

— Hospital Deliveries

For hospital deliveries, we do not send arrangements out until we've verified the patient's name and room number on the day of delivery to ensure the most current and accurate information.

- If the hospital advises the the patient cannot receive flowers, or no patient is listed under the provided name, the delivery will be paused, and we'll contact the sender for updated information or an alternate delivery address.
- If upon delivery our driver finds the patient has been discharged, the arrangement will be returned to our shop and we'll reach out to coordinate a re-delivery.

— If the Recipient is Not Home

- We may leave the flowers in a safe, appropriate location - weather permitting - unless otherwise instructed.
- We will not leave the arrangement in unsafe areas or in extreme weather conditions.
- If the delivery is left by sender request, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft.

— Re-Delivery Policy

If we are unable to complete a delivery due to:

- An invalid or undeliverable address
- The recipient leaving work early
- Unsafe conditions

The arrangement will be returned to our shop, and we'll contact both the sender and the recipient to coordinate a re-delivery.

Container Substitutions

We always do our best to match the image shown online, but if the container you selected is unavailable that day, we will substitute appropriately, making sure it doesn't compromise the overall look and feel of the arrangement.

Any substitution made will be of equal or greater value. If there are no comparable substitutions available, we'll give you a call for approval.

Floral and Plant Substitutions

To guarantee the freshest flowers possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for alternate color or flower varieties. For arrangements and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.

If a close enough substitute is not available, we'll call you for your approval.

Our storefront is open from 7am-4pm Monday-Friday, and from 7am-2pm Saturday.

The storefront is closed on Sunday, so pickups are not possible, but delivery options are available.

We require a 2 hour window for pickup orders.
